Job summary

The Salvation Army International is seeking a Program Service Manager to lead the Maxwell Meighen Centre's case management and shelter operations in Toronto. You will supervise the Case Management Team, coordinate with partner agencies, and ensure high-quality services for clients moving toward self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities include overseeing documentation, reporting, and staff performance, with a focus on housing pathways, health outcomes, and client confidentiality in a high-demand urban

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal post-secondary/college diploma program of two academic years in a related field.
• Emergency First Aid & CPR, Non-Violence Certificate, and Mental Health First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete once hired.
• Other certification required by The Salvation Army and federal/provincial legislation or willingness to complete once hired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Case Management Team operations and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Supervise Frontline Workers, conduct performance reviews, and ensure safety policies.
• Develop and implement case management plans and housing discharge goals.
• Coordinate with community partners for referrals and program integration.
• Maintain confidential client files and monthly statistical reports for funders.
• Provide crisis intervention, client advocacy, and community development.
