The Salvation Army Thunder Bay Journey to Life Centre is seeking a Program Manager to oversee residential programs, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate staff and resources. This leadership role requires supervision, strong communication, and solid organizational skills to support clients and staff in a 24/7 facility.

Responsibilities include developing services, maintaining up-to-date community resource information, and managing documentation, reports, and schedules while adhering to OH&S

Formación

• Completion of a University Bachelor's Degree. Social Work education is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License, personal vehicle required.
• Background Check with vulnerable sector screening satisfactory to The Salvation Army.
• Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, administer, and direct The Salvation Army Thunder Bay, Journey to Life Centre residential programs.
• Ensure staff follow policies with respect to clients requiring medical attention and/or medication.
• Prepare statistical and operational reports.
• Identify job vacancies and participate in hiring, orientation and staff development.
