Dream Max Real Estate in Brampton is seeking a dynamic Manager-Social Media to lead marketing efforts and strengthen its online presence. You will partner with leadership, create individualistic marketing plans for agents and leverage brand potential across channels.

Reporting to the Broker of Record and Director of Operations, you will oversee marketing, admin support, training, and PR, while driving engagement, talent recruitment, and visibility in both online and offline markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall business experience in operations, marketing, quality, training and compliance.
• 5+ years in a leadership/marketing role.
• 5+ years of hard-core business operations with large teams.
• Experience in start-up to scale-up environments.
• Proven ability to drive awareness, pipeline and revenue.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Team player with bold, gritty, curious character.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership team to garner new talent/real estate agents and execute marketing programs for the brokerage and agents.
• Raise brand awareness, attract agents, drive engagement, training and loyalty.
• Hire, coach and develop marketing strategy for the team of upcoming real estate agents.
• Lead PR efforts to create a leading industry brand.
• Manage and plan annual performance awards driving full mileage and market leash.
• Manage outsourced online marketing and IT team for changes on the website, Facebook and Instagram.
• Give insight and plan aggressive advertisements in terms of banners, bus wraps, hoardings and posters.
• Lay down business process and audit checks in compliance with local guidelines and management expectations.
• Plan/Execute weekly training programmes covering various aspects of the business.
