Morguard, a leading Canadian real estate company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing and communications for our Residential portfolio. You will execute programs, collaborate with business leaders, and manage asset creation across print, web, and social channels.

You’ll develop resident communications, manage websites and social content, and measure performance with analytics. The role requires a strategic, hands‑on marketer with a strong brand sense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
• 3 years of experience in multi‑suite residential real estate or related sector.
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing and communications programs for Morguard’s Residential portfolio.
• Create content for print, web, digital and social channels.
• Lead resident communications to enhance tenant experience.
• Manage production of marketing assets ensuring brand standards.
• Oversee web and social content across multiple sites.
