Job summary

Creative Circle is seeking a Social Media Manager for a financial services client to be onsite in Toronto. The role is full-time with a 12+ month horizon to full-time employment, working 4 days per week on-site in the Queen East area.

You will develop social media strategies, manage content calendars, and publish across platforms while ensuring brand and regulatory standards are met. Strong copywriting and analytics skills are essential, including experience with Sprinklr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in financial services, banking, insurance, or fintech.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Experience using Sprinklr.
• Expertise in social media best practices, trends, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising and digital marketing analytics.

Our financial services client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team.

This will be 4x per week onsite in the Queen East area, Toronto.

This will be fulltime hours per week, 12+ months to FTE.

Rate range is $45-55 per hour, T4.
