Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Social Media and Event Coordinator for Dexterra Signature Dining to manage multiple social channels, create content, and support marketing efforts across units. You will track engagement metrics, report weekly, and contribute to events and customer engagement initiatives.

The role involves designing marketing collateral, supporting e-commerce activities, and collaborating with National Leads to grow participation and strengthen the Dexterra brand.

Qualifications

• Content creation across multiple units and platforms.
• Ability to edit high-quality audio and video using hardware and software.
• Experience managing e-commerce environments and multiple editing tools.
• Familiarity with social media KPIs and weekly performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for multiple social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Provide marketing support including customer engagement, feedback collection, and events support.
• Develop marketing collateral such as loyalty cards, posters and signage when needed.
• Track, analyze and report on social media metrics to National Leads and grow engagement over time.
