You are a creative visionary and content strategist with a sharp eye for fashion and an obsession with digital storytelling. You’re deeply immersed in the latest trends, understand how to turn casual viewers into loyal fans, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You love building brands online — and have the instincts, insights, and ideas to make it happen.

You're a true team player who can lead projects, manage content creators, and collaborate across departments while bringing your own flair to everything you touch.

Your Mission

As our Social Media & Content Manager, your mission is to grow our online presence, increase engagement, and build community across our digital platforms. You’ll drive content strategy, manage contributors, spot trends before they peak, and collaborate closely with our graphic designer to bring your ideas to life.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

CONTENT & STRATEGY

  • Own and execute the brand’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Build and manage a content calendar in line with key retail and marketing moments.
  • Ideate high-impact campaigns and content themes that align with product, seasonality, and brand storytelling.
  • Direct the production of engaging, fashion-forward content — including short-form video, photo shoots, in-store activations, UGC, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the graphic designer to bring ideas to life visually (you don’t need to edit yourself, but you know what makes content scroll-stopping and on-brand).
  • Forecast and react to social trends quickly — always one step ahead.

PERFORMANCE & COMMUNITY

  • Track content performance and engagement KPIs — know what’s working and pivot fast when it’s not.
  • Create reports to share learnings and insights with leadership.
  • Engage with our online community — monitor comments, messages, and tagged content to build authentic connections.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Work hand-in-hand with:
  • Graphic Designer to execute visuals and campaigns.
  • Retail team to spotlight in-store moments, products, and creators.
  • E-comm & Marketing to support launches, promotions, and seasonal pushes.
  • Content creators & store teams to gather, brief, and optimize UGC and brand-led content.

You Bring

  • 2+ years experience managing social media for a fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand.
  • Deep knowledge of short-form video, visual storytelling, and fashion trends.
  • Strong creative direction skills — you can brief and oversee production, even if you’re not the one editing.
  • A collaborative spirit and natural leadership with content creators or junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, KPIs, and engagement strategy.
  • Exceptional organization, calendar planning, and time management.

Bonus Points If You...

  • Are TikTok-obsessed and Reels-fluent.
  • Have experience briefing photo/video shoots or managing influencer content.
  • Know Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
  • Are confident on camera and/or have experience capturing BTS footage, trend-based videos, etc.
