Job summary

North Strategic is seeking an Account Manager, Social and Influencer to partner with clients and relentlessly pursue innovative thinking. You will identify trends, execute programs, and develop client relationships across earned media, influencer, content, and events.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and organizational skills, with experience in influencer marketing and cross-channel strategies.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in public relations with influencer experience.
• Extensive experience in media relations, social media, event management and influencer relations.
• Experience with social media platforms such as Meta, Instagram, X, Pinterest, etc.
• Post-graduate diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communications or related discipline.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a new kind of agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support influencer communication deliverables, leading campaigns with senior leaders.
• Manage client communications and account management.
• Build strategic influencer programs including partner selection, vetting, outreach, contracts, briefs, and analytics.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop influencer content and creative briefs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Canadian social media landscape and emerging trends.
• Build and manage social influencer campaigns to grow client business goals.
• Forecast budgets and assist invoicing for client accounts.
• Mentor and coach team members to promote inclusion.
