Job summary

Qualifications

• 20+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including leadership of complex SoC/ASIC/Processor programs.
• Proven track record of multiple silicon tape-outs and product commercialization.
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own complete SoC development from architecture through tape-out, silicon bring-up, production ramp, and commercialization.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, RTL design, verification, DFT, physical design, software, and post-silicon activities.
• Drive program execution, schedules, staffing plans, risk management, and milestone delivery.
• Lead critical trade-off decisions involving performance, power, area, cost, quality, features, and schedule.
• Partner with software, systems, product, and business teams to ensure strong hardware-software co-design.
• Serve as the primary interface for customers, business units, and senior leadership on execution-related matters.
• Support customer engagements and product vertical customer visits as needed.
