Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of instructor training programs in line with CSIA, CASI, PSIC, and resort standards.
You will coordinate seasonal training plans, onboarding, and orientation with Snow School leadership; mentor instructors with on-hill support and certification prep; ensure daily and seasonal training schedules meet labour goals and budget.

This role isresponsible formaintainingquality controlof snow schoollessons,trainingcurriculumand attendance of our on-snow instructor training.They will assist the department Manager and Assistant Managers to review and contribute todepartmental orientation,on-snow training, the Snow School pocket pro and ensure that daily and seasonal training schedules are manageable fortrainers andstaff and in line with departmentallabourgoals and budget.
