Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Seasonal Technical Trainer at Blue Mountain Resort to lead training programs for Snow School instructors. The role focuses on curriculum, quality control, and ensuring trainings align with resort standards and industry certifications.
You will coordinate onboarding, schedule training, and coach instructors to advance their certification, with support from Snow School leadership.

The Technical Trainer exemplifies our cultureof creating revolutionaryguest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. This role isresponsible formaintainingquality controlof snow schoollessons,trainingcurriculumand attendance of our on-snow instructor training.They will assist the department Manager and Assistant Managers to review and contribute todepartmental orientation,on-snow training, the Snow School pocket pro and ensure that daily and seasonal training schedules are manageable fortrainers andstaff and in line with departmentallabourgoals and budget.
