Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts is seeking a reliable Snow Removal Lead Technician for the winter season in Canmore. Start date is November 1, 2026. You will clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and designated areas; operate snow removal equipment; and ensure safe access for homeowners and guests.

Must have own vehicle and be available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends. This role offers hands-on leadership experience with potential advancement into landscaping after the snow season.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends during snow events.
