D. Crupi & Sons Limited is hiring Loader Operators in Markham, Ontario to clear snow for the City of Markham during the winter season. The role emphasizes safety, efficient snow removal, and maintenance of equipment on a 24/7 on-call schedule from November 2026 to April 2027.

Job description

Our Loader Operators have an incredibly important job as part of a team ensuring public safety and accessibility throughout the winter season in the City of Markham.

Loader Operators are responsible the clearing of snow as per municipal contract specifications; in an efficient manner, with a strong focus on safety.

Essential Duties

• Snow removal service for City of Markham, primarily focusing on cul-de-sacs.


• Previous experience with operating a Loader is required.


• Must be available for on-call 24/7 during the winter season (November 2026 to April 2027).


• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work varying hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed.


• Operate in a safe manner, ensuring property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow.


• Maintain care of company provided equipment, tools and vehicles.

Compensation

This position includes a weekly on-call rate, as well as an hourly rate for the time spent working ($32/hour).
