About this Position
This position supports our subcontractor with equipment management and repairs, aiming to reduce United's equipment management costs (service, repair, resources) and assist regional teams in managing the equipment services process related to customer requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform quality repairs that meet service standards for all service calls.
- Train operators/partners on managing their equipment and reducing repair costs.
- Reduce the number of callbacks for individual service calls.
- Manage inventory of parts required for servicing equipment.
- Complete audits of inventory as required by United.
- Ensure data integrity within service requests and related technology.
- Support the equipment repair process in line with United's vision and values.

- Work in compliance with health & safety policies and legislation, taking precautions to protect health and safety.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Protect company assets from damage and misuse.

Education/Experience
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of material and labor costs.
- 3-5 years of technical experience with cleaning equipment repairs is an asset.
