Qualifications

• 3+ years of credit and advisory experience in a financial institution.
• Proven relationship management skills.

• Experience in agriculture or running a small business is an asset.

We're looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions to come on board as our Small Business Advisor at our Macklin or Kindersley location. You will be providing needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture and commercial small business members.

• Providing holistic financial advice to our small business members
• Guiding members through loan application processes, ensuring eligibility and creditworthiness
• Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
• Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community
• Building and strengthening relationships with our small business members by balancing your time in branch and conducting site visits
• Making sure there's a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

The experience you bring

• 3+ years of previous credit and advisory experience in a financial institution
• Proven relationship management skills
• Experience in business or agricultural lending

Salary range

$75,630 - $94,537 with 13% Short-Term Incentive Target
