Responsibilities

• Supporting our Internal Solutions Centre team with understanding, troubleshooting, and research assistance of member transactions.
• Playing a key role in proactively identifying and handling risks.
• Administering GL reconciliations, remittances, report review and balancing.
• Interacting with team members, retail branches, and other corporate services departments to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback.
• Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members’ needs and improve their financial well being.

We’re looking for a motivated team-player to come on board as Internal Solutions Support Officer in Regina, Saskatchewan. This opening is temporary to June 2027. Salary range

$41,770 - $49,140 with 6% Short Term Incentive Target
