Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Moose Jaw invites applications for a Small Business Advisor, Agriculture to deliver holistic financial advice to agriculture small business members, including credit and wealth solutions, and cash management services. You will market yourself to grow a local book of business while supporting clients’ financial well-being.

The role requires 3+ years in credit/advisory work, proven relationship management, and experience in agricultural lending.

We're looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions to come on board as our Small Business Advisor, Agriculture at our Moose Jaw location. You will be providing needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture small business members.

Salary range

$75,630 - $94,537 with 13% Short-Term Incentive Target
