Qualifications

• High school graduate with proven work history focused on customer satisfaction
• Ability to up-sell products and services to support sales growth
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
• Strong time management skills, ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and follow through on tasks
• Results-oriented and organized, with drive to exceed sales and margin targets
• Ability to build and manage relationships with current and new customers and referral sources

Responsibilities

• Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders
• Address inquiries and issues about items or products ordered
• Support showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients
• Meet sales targets associated with Linde Canada's sleep business
• Educate clients on CPAP therapy and ensure proper fitting of CPAP equipment
• Collaborate with Territory Manager and Customer Service to meet store sales and margins
• Work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government forms are completed
• Perform customer service activities including order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving issues
• Stock shelves and set up in-store promotional materials
• Engage with vendors to educate staff on CPAP therapy products
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data
• Collect payments to keep customer accounts current
