Linde Canada Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Sleep Support Advisor in Sarnia, ON.

You will handle walk-in and phone orders, educate clients on CPAP therapy, and work with the team to hit sales targets while ensuring accurate account data and timely government form submissions. Ideal candidates are high school graduates with strong customer service, upselling skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and issues.
• Meet sales targets associated with Linde Canada's sleep business.
• Educate clients on CPAP therapy and ensure proper fitting of CPAP equipment.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager and Customer Service to meet store sales and margin targets.
• Work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government forms are submitted on time.
• Stock shelves and set up in-store promotional materials.
• Engage with vendors to educate staff on CPAP therapy products.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data; maintain customer information accuracy.
• Collect payments to keep customer accounts current.
