Job description

Administrators are vital to the success of our business model. Working with various internal teams to generate new ideas and efficiencies that will provide our clients the most rewarding experience. Collaborating with our highly experienced sales team to ensure precise creation and delivery of advanced technical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Providing Administrative Sales Support for SLA's and Extended Warranty
  • Source and prepare customer equipment summaries
  • Process SLA costing calculator
  • Schedule/lead calls to review new SLA proposal requests
  • Prepare Quotes for SLA proposals
  • Assemble SLA proposals
  • Maintain SLA Tracker
  • Follow-up on SLA renewals and Quote as needed
  • Sort and process inquiries to SLA Admin Inbox
  • Lead check in calls with SLA Client Support Managers to check on SLA deliverables and changes, track any on-site support and/or training days if applicable
  • Quote Extended Hardware Warranty as requested by Sales
  • Review Extended Hardware Warranty on new systems quotes (as requested)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • Superior organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
