Kiehl’s Vancouver store is hiring a Kiehl’s Skin Pro to deliver best-in-class service and build lasting customer relationships. You will identify client needs, recommend products, and demonstrate knowledge while maintaining a welcoming counter environment.

Role requires English fluency, flexibility for nights and weekends, and the ability to stand/store-stand for long periods. A passion for cosmetics and customer care is essential.

Competenze

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Great communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical Environment: must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, stairs/ladder, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• English mandatory, second language an asset.

Mansioni

• Deliver best-in-class experience to customers.
• Identify clients’ needs and assist them in finding and selecting appropriate products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques.
• Maintain client relations through follow-up calls and emails.
• Inform clients about product prices and offers.
• Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method and cross-selling.
• Maintain counter/store quality and merchandising.
• Regularly attend all scheduled shifts.
