Job summary

Kiehl’s is hiring a Skin Pro in Canada to deliver best-in-class customer service and build lasting client relationships. You will guide customers to suitable products and demonstrate knowledge of features, usage, and benefits.

Ideal candidates have retail or cosmetic experience, excellent communication, and are willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. English is required; second language is a plus. This is an on-site role in Burlington, Canada.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Analytical mindset to understand client needs and product recommendations.
• Basic computer skills for POS and email communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

As a Kiehl’s Skin Pro you will:

• Deliver Best- in-class experience to customers
• Identify clients’ needs and goals and assist them in finding and selecting appropriate products.
• Be able to demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques.
• Maintain client relations through follow-up calls and emails.
• Inform the clients regarding product prices and if there are any special offers available.
• Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and able to follow basic service flow. Maximize selling opportunity by link-selling and cross-selling.
• Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising: maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store, merchandising, ensure on shelf product availability.
• Regularly attend all scheduled shifts
