Job summary

skoah Inc is seeking Skin Care Coaches (Retail Associates) for our Yaletown location. Coaches guide guests through a personalized skin care training program and support estheticians throughout the day, becoming the guest's friendly first impression.

No prior skin care experience is required thanks to our comprehensive training program; you’ll build relationships with both regular and new guests, while setting personal goals with managers and trainers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer service oriented role.
• Energetic individuals with retail experience and a passion for skin care.
• Strong communicators who fill our books with facials and implement marketing and promotion efforts.
• Frontline motivators who coach their krew to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach guests into a personalized skin care training program.
• Support Skin Care Trainers throughout the day.
• Build relationships with guests from their first visit and during regular visits.
