Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and drawings.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for finishing and mix colors to match specifications.
• Apply stains, paints, varnishes, and finishes to cabinet surfaces.
• Use spray machines, touch-ups, sanding and buffing for smooth, glossy finishes.
• Inspect, repair and ensure cabinets meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
