About the job Cabinet Assembler, Sander and Finisher

• Assemble cabinet components and wood products according to detailed drawings and specifications.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to sand and prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Apply stains, paints, and finishes to wood products to achieve desired appearance and durability.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and best practices.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Assembler, Sander, Finisher, or similar role within the woodworking industry.
• Proficiency in woodworking tools and equipment, including sanders, saws, and finishing tools.
• Knowledge of wood types, stains, paints, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
