Job summary

Whistler Blackcomb is seeking Ski School Support Staff for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. The role supports ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction, with high guest interaction and duties across children's programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, and lesson areas.

Starting wage is $20.00–$31.00 per hour. Full and part-time hours are available, housing is available, and a winter seasonal contract applies.

• Strong guest service skills.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outside.
• Comfortable working with children.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety and security of ski school children.
• Execute lunches for all children.
• Greet guests and deliver world class service.
• Fit guests with ski & snowboard equipment.
• Assist instructors with facilitation and completion of the lesson. Attend to children's basic personal needs.
• Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on My Epic support to guests in need.
• An aptitude for acquiring skills in user support and an eagerness to learn about My Epic functionality to support guests.

Job Summary

Ski School Support Staff employees work in a fun high paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The role has high guest interaction supporting children's programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, lesson scanning, and lesson area lift operations. Full and Part Time positions available.
