Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc is seeking a Winter Seasonal Ski/Snowboard Instructor to deliver high-quality lessons to guests of all ages on Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.

Starting wage is 27.00–37.00 CAD per hour, with 30–40 hours per week and a December start around November 25, 2026, through April 10, 2027. Must hold CSIA Level 3 or equivalent and have strong English communication and safety focus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Level 3 CSIA, PSIC, CASI, CADS or foreign equivalent is essential.
• Certified Course Conductor is an asset.
• English language fluency; fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
• Experience working with Children and Families is essential.
• Experience teaching advanced lessons (minimum 1–2 years).
• Patience and ability to have lots of fun.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and committed to working.

• CR check required within 18 months of start date.

• Lead sessions and Instructor development programs.
• Follow Safety Manual guidelines and rules.
• Ensure your own and guests' safety at all times.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions.
• Be familiar with Snow School programs, prices and lesson times.
• May assist in other departments as needed throughout the season.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead guests into a variety of advanced terrain

Follow the guidelines and safety rules as outline in our Safety Manual

Be responsible for your safety and the safety of the guests

Act as the prudent parent in the absence of the child’s parent

Attend all mandatory training sessions

Be familiar with all Snow School programs, prices and lesson times
