Job summary

Buildforth by Paradigm is hiring a Site & Warranty Coordinator to support active construction projects, project turnover, and post-occupancy warranty service. This hybrid field and coordination role blends practical construction knowledge with strong organization and communication.

You will track handover documents, deficiencies, homeowner and client requests, trades, materials, and service work while supporting site teams across BC. Eligible to travel to active sites and completed homes.

Qualifications

• Construction, carpentry, warranty, deficiency, project coordination experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, materials, drawings, specs, and quality expectations.
• Experience with prefabricated or panelized construction is an asset.
• Strong organization, documentation, scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate calmly with homeowners, clients, trades, and internal teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and project-tracking software.
• Carpentry training or trade certification is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel BC.

Responsibilities

• Support project handover by collecting, organizing, and tracking required documentation.
• Identify, document, prioritize, track, and coordinate completion of construction deficiencies.
• Respond to warranty requests with professional, timely communication.
• Prepare service action plans and schedule work with site staff, trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners and service partners while keeping records of decisions and actions.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, site access, and logistics for warranty work.
• Review drawings and warranty information to support service planning.
• Maintain warranty logs, photographs, and reports; identify recurring issues.
• Complete carpentry, repairs, and finishing for warranty or site support as needed.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
