About The Role

Our Site Surveyors are vital to our business, owning the development and implementation of all pre- and post-contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting. Quantity Surveyors have full accountability for their work packages or projects and collaborate with customers and industry specialists, focusing on added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practices.

As Our Site Surveyor You Will

• Contribute to project commercial strategies and manage your subcontract packages, understanding tender strategies.
• Maximise project cash flow through effective commercial management.
• Contribute to procurement strategies, focusing on tender enquiries, package reconciliations, subcontract orders, and final account agreements with the Commercial Lead.
