Hall Mechanical Services Inc. seeks a Mechanical Site Supervisor to lead a crew and deliver high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors on the Lower Mainland of BC.

You will mentor foremen, review drawings, and ensure safety and efficiency on every task. Reporting to the Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, you’ll oversee daily site operations, manage documentation in Site Docs, and collaborate with clients and contractors to keep projects on time and on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or related field.
• Experience in high rise residential construction is an asset.
• Hydronic heating/cooling and mechanical room experience; grooved and Vicall ic piping is an asset.
• Journeyman or Red Seal in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting).
• Strong leadership and ability to manage site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Tech-savvy with Site Docs.

Responsibilities

Hall Mechanical is looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality mechanical projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors!

• You have a strong technical background and experience with high rise residential construction.

• Communication is your strength, and you can effectively connect with clients, contractors, and team members.
• You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to ensuring every project is completed on time and on budget.

As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Reporting to the Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, you’ll:

• Hydronic experience in heating, cooling, mechanical rooms, grooved, victaulic and cast iron experience. (considered and asset).
• Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting).
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage site teams effectively.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools like Site Docs.

Considered an Asset:
