Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a facility services or leadership role.
• Knowledge of cleaning processes, environmentally friendly products, tools and equipment.
• Strong people management, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to unexpected demands.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and related technology tools.
• Police Background Check required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client service through regular communication with onsite representatives.
• Prepare shift schedules and assignments to meet contract requirements.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Provide support with training of new employees.
• Order supplies, tools and equipment; manage preventative maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Coordinate communications via radio and other channels.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required.
