• Set expectations for scope of work delivery.
• Supervise, train, and support janitorial staff.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality.
• Schedule shifts and assign duties to ensure adequate coverage.

Key Focus:

This Role is responsible for supporting the nightly operations of janitorial teams across multiple sites across Ontario pertaining to Adhoc & Specialized Services delivery. This role ensures that these services are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing staff performance.
