Michael Page is sourcing an experienced Project Manager for an ICI project in Ottawa. The role oversees budgets, schedules, and safety, coordinating with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors and trades to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ICI PM experience, with exposure to new builds and renovations, and holds or can obtain security clearance. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets and cost forecasting

• Manage and schedule labour and subcontractors and provide guidance and supervision as needed
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress

• The successful candidate will organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
