The role involves hands-on supervision, ensuring safe, on-time, high-quality workmanship while coordinating with the Project Manager on schedules, labour, materials, equipment, and scopes of work.

This 1-year contract, with a potential transition to permanent employment, offers a full-time schedule with occasional weekend and night work.

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor in construction.
• Carpenter's license.
• Working at Heights certification.
• Fall Arrest certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Site Supervisor

Location: Various job sites
Job Type: 1-Year Contract, with possibility of permanent full-time employment at year end
Pay: $40-$45 per hour

Schedule: Full-time; some weekend and night work may be required

About the Position

We are currently seeking an experienced working Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities on our job sites. The successful candidate will provide hands-on supervision and direction to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard of workmanship. The Site Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate schedules, labour, materials, equipment, and scopes of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors required for the project.
