Job summary

Pentagon Construction & Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a full-time on-site supervisor for our Edmonton, AB projects. The successful candidate will oversee crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure adherence to safety standards across residential and commercial sites.

Location is on-site in Edmonton with a $37.50/hour wage and full-time hours. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills and a minimum of 7 months to 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation is required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction supervision or related roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production and other reports as needed.
• Supervise workers and projects on construction sites.
• Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines.
• Train workers or arrange for training sessions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Recommend personnel actions when appropriate.
• Lead and instruct team members to achieve project goals.
