Job summary

Drake International is seeking a Working Site Superintendent/Supervisor for ICI Construction in Ontario. You will be on site daily, lead by example with hands-on supervision, and ensure safety and quality on institutional renovations, clinics, and multi-level builds.

This permanent role typically manages 1–2 active sites, with standard hours 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and occasional weekend work to meet deadlines. A company vehicle is provided, with an optional company phone and a pension plan after one

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable: ICI experience.
• Non-negotiable: 25+ years old (insurance requirement).
• Must be able to pass background checks (schools & hospitals).
• First Aid / CPR-C / AED required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and support co-op students on site.

Job Title: Working Site Superintendent/ Supervisor, ICI Construction

Salary: $35/hour- $47/ hour plus overtime

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

This role is well suited to hands-on Site Supervisors who enjoy being on site daily, working alongside their crews, and taking pride in the practical execution of construction work.

You are expected to:

• Be on site every day
• Work alongside your crew
• Lead by example through presence and workmanship
• Be respectful
• collaborate and support co-op students

Projects consist of institutional renovations, clinics, and multi-level apartment builds where professionalism, patience, and safety discipline matter as much as productivity.

You will typically manage 1–2 active sites at a time, occasionally more during peak institutional seasons.

Standard work hours are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, averaging 44 hours weekly, with Fridays often finishing by lunch. Weekend work occurs when required to meet deadlines and is shared across the team.
