Site Superintendent / Project Coordinator

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and reside in the Winnipeg area.

We currently have an immediate opening for a Site Superintendent / Project Coordinator in Winnipeg.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enforce company policies, especially Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Health & Safety standards
  • Provide technical support regarding products, substrates, and site conditions
  • Support installation crews with Stonhard systems and equipment
  • Manage materials effectively
  • Identify and communicate potential issues on job sites affecting quality, safety, or profitability to the TM and Manager
  • Ensure adherence to company installation standards
  • Conduct product testing and reporting as necessary
  • Implement company directives and initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics, shipping, and scheduling as a liaison between TM and installation crews

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within Manitoba
  • Construction experience required
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with epoxy coating preparation and application is an asset
  • At least 1 year of site supervision experience
  • Physically capable, detail-oriented, results-driven, team player, self-starter
  • Own transportation with valid license
  • CET, engineering background, or PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety rules
  • Ability to pass drug testing and security clearances
  • Ability to meet physical demands (standing for long periods, lifting up to 70 pounds)
