WHAT YOU WILL DO :

As a Site Supervisor you will play a key role in overseeing and directing on-site construction activities, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. From managing trade partners and suppliers to ensuring strict adherence to safety and building codes, you will be at the forefront of delivering homes that families can be proud of.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Lead Construction Activities : Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring each stage of the process follows the design, quality standards, budget, and schedule.

Coordinate with Trade Partners & Suppliers : Schedule material deliveries and labor, inspecting work to ensure it meets the company’s high standards and complies with building and safety codes.

Problem Solving : Interpret construction plans and specifications, identify potential issues, and communicate discrepancies or concerns to the project management team.

Safety Leadership : Ensure the safety of the site by conducting orientations, leading safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Customer Focus : Conduct pre-possession home inspections with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction before they move in.

Progress Reporting : Track project timelines, provide regular updates, and maintain strong communication with the project management team to ensure the project stays on track.

MUST HAVES :

• Experience : At least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential construction industry.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with building codes, construction management software (BuildPro, NewStar), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Additional : Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. A clean criminal record check is required.
