Adecco is actively seeking a Site Superintendent to join our client's team for a full-time position based in Winnipeg, MB. In this role, you'll lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. You'll manage crews, coordinate trades, enforce safety protocols, and work closely with project stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly. Job type : Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities :

Promoting and upholding a strong culture of health and safety on the job site.

Managing day-to-day operations of commercial construction sites including setup, logistics, and coordination.

Leading site team members through regular coaching, mentorship, and feedback.

Reviewing construction documents and identifying constructability issues.

Ensuring quality control, job site cleanliness, and adherence to project schedules.

Coordinating and managing all trades, materials, inspections, and commissioning.

Attending key meetings including pre-construction, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.

Developing and tracking look-ahead schedules to maintain project momentum.

Managing all site documentation including safety reports, timecards, and project photos.

Leading deficiency management plans and overseeing site demobilization. Requirements :

Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

5+ years of construction management experience.

3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

A strong understanding of CCDC contracts, construction drawings, building codes, and industry best practices.

Familiarity with Procore and other construction management software (asset).

Experience in healthcare, institutional, or government projects (asset).

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and teams.
