A leading contractor firm in Niagara Falls is seeking a Site Superintendent to manage daily onsite activities for a large construction project. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in multi-residential and industrial construction. Responsibilities include ensuring project compliance with plans and codes, overseeing subcontractor activities, and maintaining quality control. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits.
Our client is a leading General Contractor in the ICI space who operates throughout Ontario. They are looking for a Site Superintendent to join their team who will be responsible for managing daily on-site activity of one large project, ensuring it is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. The Site Superintendent ensures adequate manpower is available for tasks, scheduling and directing the work of all subcontractors, consultants and vendors to meet or exceed our clients’ expectations of quality, safety and delivery. This individual will work closely with the Project Managers on the construction of ICI ground up, new build projects throughout the Niagara region.
