Reliance Impact in Edmonton is seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up ICI construction projects. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership on ground-up ICI projects valued around $100M+, with strong scheduling, safety, and communication skills; willingness to travel across Ontario as required.

• Strong experience as a Site Superintendent on ground-up ICI projects.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects valued around $100M+.
• Experience with a reputable General Contractor.
• Excellent leadership, communication, scheduling and problem-solving.
• Capable of managing complex logistics and multiple trades.
• Willingness to travel across Ontario as required.

• Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up ICI projects.

Our client, a leading General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up ICI construction projects across Edmonton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, enforcing health and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest level of quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all on-site construction activities for ground‑up ICI projects valued at $100M+


• Manage subcontractors, trades, site staff, logistics, scheduling, and day‑to‑day field operations


• Ensure project milestones, safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements are consistently met


• Work closely with the Project Manager and leadership team to resolve site challenges and maintain project momentum


• Represent the company professionally with clients, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners


• Travel across Ontario as required based on project needs
