Peter Lucas is seeking a Supervisor - Crusher & Plant Operations to oversee crusher crews and mobile crushing operations across Saskatchewan. Travel is required; camp accommodations are provided on site when working.

Strong background in aggregate crushing operations.
Proven understanding of production targets, throughput and site efficiency.
Mechanical aptitude with ability to repair and maintain crushing plants.
Experience in a lead hand or supervisory role is an asset.
Strong communication and leadership skills to direct crews effectively.

Responsibilities

Support the Crushing Foreman in day-to-day site operations.
Operate and oversee crushing spreads with minimal supervision when required.
Monitor and improve production efficiency and site performance.
Perform mechanical troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance on crushing equipment and plant systems.
Delegate tasks and provide direction to crew members clearly and effectively.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with site safety standards.
