Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance on crushing equipment and plant systems.
  • Delegate tasks and provide direction to crew members clearly and effectively.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with site safety standards.

Job description

We are hiring a Supervisor - Crusher & Plant Operations.

This role oversees crusher crew members and plant operations within our mobile crushing operations that travel throughout Saskatchewan. Camp accommodations are provided at site when working.

The Crusher Lead Hand plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and productive crushing operations. This position requires strong technical knowledge of aggregate production, equipment operations, and on-site leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production targets, site efficiencies, and the ability to support and guide crew members in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Crushing Foreman in day-to-day site operations
  • Operate and oversee crushing spreads with minimal supervision when required
  • Monitor and improve production efficiency and site performance
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance on crushing equipment and plant systems
  • Delegate tasks and provide direction to crew members in a clear and effective manner
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with site safety standards and procedures
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational or mechanical issues on site
  • Maintain strong communication with foreman and crew to ensure smooth operations

Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off.

Location: Primarily Saskatchewan-based sites.

Wage: $35-$42/hour depending on experience.

Overtime eligible.

LOA provided.

Requirements
