GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Site Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to organize equipment and personnel for each job, ensuring safety and service standards. You will be the main contact between operations and customers, requiring sharp communication and attention to detail.

The role involves coordinating with operations on waste requirements, supporting sales and field services, and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment across the Kitimat district in Canada.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage personnel and equipment needs is a plus.
• Class 1 or 3 driver license with prior commercial vehicle operations would be an asset.
• Capable of multitasking and solving problems in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Strong business sense with focus on efficiency and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer inquiries and schedule requests based on parameters.
• Schedule equipment and personnel to complete work for clients.
• Liaise with facility operations regarding waste requirements and supplies.
• Support sales and field services teams in executing work.
• Communicate with customers clearly, reinforcing industry leadership.
• Review driver and fleet hours to ensure safety and compliance.
• Review work orders to ensure accurate, detailed scopes for billing.
• Undertake other duties as required.
