Ledcor Construction, Inc. in Alberta is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Highway Maintenance team in Leduc. This hands-on, site-level role offers a path into construction supervision and operations management.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll contribute to delivering highway maintenance and construction projects, handling office processes, safety practices and reporting, with some travel within Alberta and potential relocation to the Edmonton area.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in project coordination or management.
• CET or EIT designation is nice to have but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and proactive.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, RFIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of office processes: subcontract management; change orders; RFIs (request for information); estimates & purchase orders and financial reporting.
• Learn technical and operational aspects of highway maintenance.
• Support safe and efficient work practices; promote a positive safety culture.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and materials testing.
• Analyze operational data (e.g., storm response, patrols, drainage, vegetation).
• Build relationships, influence key stakeholders and proactively participate in discussions.
• Manage quality documentation, procurement tasks, and project reporting.
