Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction documentation, RFIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Problem solving on the fly.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and scheduling tools.
• Willingness to travel to other locations.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing completed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear 3-year abstract.

Description Ledcor is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Highway Maintenance team in Leduc. This is a hands-on, site-level role ideal for those seeking to build a career in construction supervision and operations management.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of highway maintenance and construction projects. You’ll play a key role in all aspects of operations, including quality control, estimating, contract administration, crew management, equipment operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of office processes: subcontract management; change orders; RFIs (request for information); estimates & purchase orders and financial reporting
