Job summary

Wallbridge Mining Company Limited is seeking a Site Operations Superintendent to assist the Site Operations Manager in safely and efficiently running Fenelon Project activities. You will supervise site personnel, contractors, and service providers, ensuring work aligns with plans and safety, schedule, and cost requirements.

The role leads operations in the manager's absence, strengthens site systems, and supports employee development while maintaining continuity and compliance in a remote camp

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in mining, exploration, project development, camp operations, or related remote site environments.
• Diploma or degree in Mining, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Supervisory or frontline leadership experience in a site-based environment.
• Experience coordinating contractors and supporting operations at remote or camp-based sites.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of annual operating, exploration, and development plans.
• Coordinate safe and timely execution of site activities including camp services, logistics, infrastructure maintenance, and exploration support.
• Develop and communicate daily/weekly work priorities with site departments and contractors.
• Monitor daily operations, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure resources (personnel, equipment, materials, accommodations) are available for planned activities.
• Participate in meetings, contractor mobilization, onboarding, and compliance activities.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident follow-up.
• Support emergency preparedness and respond to urgent matters on site.
• Maintain effective communication across site departments, contractors, Indigenous-owned businesses, and corporate office.
• Support development and improvement of site systems, procedures, standards, and workflows.
