Job summary

Redpath Canada Limited seeks a Supervisor to lead a mining crew at Canadian Royalties Inc. in Northern Quebec. You will coordinate day‑to‑day tasks, ensure resources are available, and enforce safety standards under the Site Superintendent's direction.

You will mentor workers, support scheduling, and ensure equipment readiness while complying with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and mining-related education or experience.
• Minimum 10 years hard rock experience with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of OH&S and mining regulations; First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity of the mining crew and direct tasks as per Site Superintendent.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and ensure safety and production concerns are communicated.
• Maintain equipment readiness, schedule repairs, and ensure proper training on equipment.
• Complete progress and incident reports and monitor compliance with safety rules.
