Job summary

Wallbridge Mining Company Limited seeks a Director, Environment, Indigenous Relations & Government Affairs to lead environmental programs, Indigenous relations, and regulatory affairs for the Fenelon Project in Quebec. You will coordinate with regulators, Indigenous communities, local stakeholders and internal teams to ensure compliant, responsible project development.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills to advance permits, approvals, and community

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in environmental management or related fields.
• Experience with Indigenous relations, government affairs and permitting in mining.
• Experience with projects in Quebec is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental management, monitoring, compliance, and sustainability programs.
• Oversee baseline environmental studies and permit-related activities.
• Develop Indigenous relations and community engagement strategies.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and permitting processes.
• Prepare reports for executive leadership and Board on environmental performance.
