ATCO Frontec is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to join the Resolute Bay Operations team in Resolute Bay, NU. The role coordinates daily operations across flights, freight, hospitality, and administrative services, bridging leadership and frontline staff to ensure service excellence in a remote Arctic setting.
The position requires coordinating onboarding, travel, staffing and documentation, while tracking updates and maintaining safety/compliance.

ATCO Frontec is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to join our Resolute Bay Operations team in Resolute Bay, NU. The Site Operations Coordinator is a key operational support position that enables effective site management through the coordination of information, people, logistics, and departmental activities. By acting as the central link between leadership and frontline operations, the role ensures efficient communication, operational consistency, and successful execution of site priorities while supporting a high standard of service delivery across the organization.
This position is based on a 4 week on, 4 week off work rotation with travel and accommodations included.
ATCO Frontec has been operating in Resolute Bay since 1970 and have a long history of providing services in the North. The ATCO Frontec team in Resolute Bay provides logistics services for various Northern Government and private sector initiatives, including support and maintenance for the Polar Continental Shelf Program, the Resolute Bay Weather Observation, and the operation, maintenance and distribution of fuel for the hamlet and the Resolute Bay airport. The project team also provides logistics and operational support to initiatives in surrounding communities including Eureka and Grise Fiord. With a wide range of resources and experience, the Resolute Bay team can handle any operation in one of the most hostile climates in Canada.
